I used two pieces of wood, one on the side of the bushing, and one on the other side of the subframe. I then put a c clamp around both pieces of wood and tightened it by hand. Once I couldnt turn it anymore, i used a pair of channel locks to turn the clamp. The bushing needs to be lubricated alot. It also will start to go in funny and look like its going to be crooked, but just keep forcing it in. Once the first side hits the other piece of wood, it straightens out. I think its almost impossible to push it in straigt. Good luck
